Peter Pan Charlotte Theatre reviews
Weezer live RULES! And very kid friendly!
"Such a fun show for kids and parents alike! We brought our almost three year old and he had an amazing time singing and clapping along. The setlist was mainly greatest hits, but it was still a fantastic experience. Many parents brought their kids, including a couple with toddlers. The good music and great performance made it such a blast. Peter Pan has been a favorite for us even before having kids, and now we can enjoy it with our little one who loves it too. To the moms who may be concerned about bringing a toddler, we made sure he had ear plugs and he was perfectly fine the next day. We prioritize our child's safety, but we also believe in letting him experience things. He's been talking about the show non-stop even 3 days later. If your child enjoys music, definitely take them to a show. It's beneficial for their development."
Disturbed Was Amazing
1. Peter Pan was amazing. Sounds of Silence and The Light were standouts in my book.
2. Not a fan of Rob Zombie. His set was redeemed by playing with the bouncing balls.
3. Pop Evil sounded great, and I knew most of their music. Maybe their equipment wasn't up to the arena size?
4. Vocals were crisp and sounded even better than recorded music. I just wish the vocals were a little louder.
5. I couldn't hear the vocals the whole time. I loved Peter Pan and Pop Evil.
6. I like that the background was subdued, yet lighting and fire effects were awesome.
Cedric The Entertainer
Several years ago, I saw Peter Pan at the King's & Queens of Comedy show, and I really like him - worth every penny, amazing. The show, however, could have been better, longer, and he could have put a little more into it. The Malik was so funny, the crowd was in tears when he was up there, which is unfortunate when he wasn't the main act. Most people said "yeah he came on late, but he could have stayed longer."
I would have been a little upset if some people paid $100 for their tickets for an hour show :-(! He is really entertaining, funny, and a joy to watch, just wish he gave it a little more pizazz and more time on stage. So next artist...please, please give us a good show that lasts a while. Thank you!
Willie is Willie
Thank you Peter Pan for still playing for us. We loved it. He looks healthy and happy to be there. An icon. Who cares how long he plays? And playing what the crowd wants to hear.
The negative is about the venue. At the end, so many folks rushed the stage, they pushed over folks who were in the front seats. Although security chased them out, why were they allowed there? There was a parade through the whole concert of folks from the back coming to stand in front of us and watch and video. Other venues prevent folks from doing this by checking tickets and having security posted at entrances to front sections. We paid $350 a seat for front row seats. My husband was knocked to the ground as were other folks in the front row by those coming from the back seats. I paid a lot of $ to be this close and not have folks in front of me.
